What a load of crap! There’s a difference between being cheap (or frugal) and stingy (not to mention tasteless). Not everyone can adapt to this mentality. Sometimes it’s just better to plan out what you want and work your way to achieving it.

Personally, I prefer to buy new stuff. They are less prone to breaking down and you never know that the previous owner did with it. Plus, if you have a woman in your life, this is NOT the way to impress her. Get a job, start a career and earn the money to live comfortably.

Being cheap is just an excuse to be lazy.
